A family business with 15 years of experience: Jalokuusi Oy is a family business established in 2016, with over 15 years of experience in PCB and actuator manufacturing and production management. This experience is reflected in quality and flexible solutions that adapt to customer needs.
Fast and flexible services: as a small and agile player, we can respond quickly to our customers’ individual needs. We have basic components in stock and can source more from reliable suppliers as and when required.
Versatile production services: We offer a wide range of services covering development boards, small batches and larger series. From small projects to larger production runs, we have the solutions.
Added value for customers with wiring harnesses and assemblies: in addition to the production of printed circuit boards, we offer wiring harnesses and customized electromechanical assemblies according to customer needs.
Growing production capacity: in 2019, our increased resources following the restructuring will allow us to significantly increase our production capacity, enabling us to serve even greater customer needs.
Tam-Tele and Pikotec legacy: In 2019, Jalokuusi Oy acquired the entire share capital of Tam-Tele. Despite the change of ownership, almost all Tam-Tele and Pikotec products are still available, further expanding our product range.
We have 2 loading machines for automatic loading of surface mount components. For soldering surface mount components we use a reflow oven.
We also do traditional handloading of components. Through soldered components are soldered either with a lead-free EWS-330 or, if desired, with a lead-free ETS wave soldering machine.
The quality of the products we make is a matter of honour for us. We use a microscope HD camera for inspection. All our products are manufactured to IPC-A-610 standard and our operations are covered by product liability insurance.
